Why Give?
At City of God Christian Centre, we believe that giving to the Lord should be done willingly and joyfully. The Bible teaches in 2 Corinthians 9:7: “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
Our giving is an act of faith and gratitude, recognizing that all we have comes from God (1 Chronicles 29:14). As we sow generously into His work, we trust in His promises of provision and blessing (Luke 6:38). Let us give with glad hearts, knowing we are advancing His kingdom.
